Imaje Small Character Ink

Description
Imaje small character inkjet ink is in liquid state and has different colors (black, white, yellow, red, blue, and so on). This CIJ ink is widely used on many industries, such as food, beverage, building material, pharmacy and plastic. It is applied to print characters on capacitor, medical equipment, aluminum foil/pot, glass, electric wire, and so on. This ink is mainly made up of acetone, butanone, methanol, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol and acetic acid isopropyl alcohol. It can be kept for two years under normal temperature (15°C to 25°C).
Our Imaje small character ink mainly includes black ink 9155/9175, high-adhesion ink 7190 and cleaning liquid 5100.

Instructions and Suggestions
1. Please read material safety data sheet before using Imaje small character ink.
2. Client should choose jet printing ink on basis of the material of your products.
3. Imaje CIJ inkjet ink belongs to irritants. If you breathe in by accident, you should move to place with fresh air. If it enters your eyes, you should wash immediately. If something emergent happens, please consult doctor in time.
4. Please keep Imaje small character ink in sealed bottle and put in ventilated place. Because it belongs to volatile, flammable and combustible materials, it should be kept away from flame, heat and electrostatic source.
5. Viscosity can affect Imaje CIJ ink’s adhesion force and glossiness. You can add solvent according to printing need. The proportion of the ink and solvent will increase along with the increase of viscosity. If viscosity increases, consumption of ink will enlarge.

Delivery and Package
Capacity of bottle can be 1 L/5 L/5 Gallon. Outer package material is doubled corrugated carton, which will be put on pallet after packing. Products are transported by sea or air.
