Leibinger Solvent

Description
Leibinger solvent is applied to adjust inkjet ink’s viscosity in order to make the ink work better. Leibinger make up is widely used on different industries, like food, beverage, medicine, cosmetics, daily necessity, auto part, building material, hard/soft plastic, glass, ceramic, cable and wire, plastic pipe, electronic, steel, tire, metal and medical product.

Dilution Principle
Leibinger solvent is used to dilute viscosity of inkjet ink to a fixed standard, which is suitable for the printer and can make printer function better. Dilution process is finished automatically in ink mixing tank. In dilution process, inkjet printer can decide whether to add ink or solvent by viscosity detector. Only when the viscosity of mixed inkjet ink is within the machine’s fixed scope, the flying distance of the charged ink dot will not deviate. The printing effect will be guaranteed.

Attentions
Leibinger solvent and its vapor are flammable, so it should be placed far away from fire, heat and static electricity. It should be stored in sealed bottle and put at a ventilated place. At room temperature (about 15°C to 25°C), Leibinger make up can be stored for two years. If one breathes in by accident, please transfer this person to place with fresh air. Once it enters eyes, please wash with clean water. You should wash with water and mild soap if it splashes onto skin.
