Willett MEK Based Ink 801/815

MEK is the abbreviation for methyl ethyl keton and it is easy to volatile. Willett MEK based inkjet ink (MEK ink) evaporates fast and has a high content of solid matter. Furthermore this inkjet printer ink can print with exceptional dot sharpness and readability. There are several vivid colors to choose, like red, yellow, blue, white and green.
MEK ink is mainly made of butanone, ethanol, resin and dye. It is suitable for large character inkjet printers. MEK inks can print coding on most surfaces and coatings. They are mainly used for plastic, metal and ceramics. Willett MEK based inkjet ink 801/815 is used to print eye-catching marks on impermeable surface.

Instructions
1. MEK based inkjet ink belongs to inflammable and explosive materials. So this ink should be kept away from flame and static electricity.
2. MEK ink should be sealed preserved in ventilated place and can be stored for 2 years in temperature of 0℃ to 25℃.
3. Both Willett MEK based inkjet ink and its vapor is harmful to human. The ink vapor can enter human body by breathing, skin absorption or eyes. When using, please avoid direct contact. If MEK ink enters eyes or connects with skin by accident, please wash using clear water or go for doctor immediately.

6. In field of cement, Willett MEK based inkjet ink has solved problem of forming a layer of ash cement and residual ink on the nozzle surface, which reduces nozzle blockage.
7. This inkjet printer ink reduces maintenance of print head and breakdown of printer.
8. MEK ink does not contain harmful material to human, like benzene and methanol. In a sense, MEK based inkjet ink has meet standards of national food hygiene.
