Leadjet Inkjet Ink

Description
Leadjet is a famous Chinese inkjet printer brand. Because of its perfect functions, WDD’s Leadjet ink is widely used for marking and coding on many industries, such as food, beverage, building material, pharmacy and plastic.
Leadjet printing ink is mainly made up of acetone, butanone, methanol, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol and acetic acid isopropyl alcohol. It belongs to VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds). Domino ink can be kept for two years under room temperature (15ºC to 25ºC).

Advantages
1. Characters printed by Leadjet ink have better glossiness, clear color and fast drying speed.
2. This industrial inkjet ink has high filter fineness. We adopt quadruple filtration. Filters are imported from American PALL (A listed company, who has advanced technology in filtration, separation and purification industries in the global).
3. WDD has strict production control. The whole production progress is clean. We carry out tests on ink’s viscosity, conductivity, density and start filling until all ink’s parameters reach standards of the original ink.
4. Leadjet ink can stand high temperature and voltage.
5. The ink does not block the nozzle. This feature makes the nozzle able to work efficiently, and at the same time, extend nozzle’s service life.

Instructions and Suggestions
1. Client should choose jet printing ink on basis of the material of products.
2. Please keep the ink in sealed bottle and put in ventilated place. Because the ink belongs to volatile, flammable and combustible materials, it should be kept away from flame, heat and electrostatic source.
3. Leadjet ink belongs to irritants and can restrain our central nervous system, so we should avoid inhaling ink vapor and touching with eyes and skin. Once one breathes in by accident, please move the person to place with fresh air. If it enters eyes, you should wash immediately. When something emergent happens, please consult doctor in time.
