Matthews Water Based Ink JAM3000

Description
Matthews water based inkjet ink JAM3000 is mainly used to print striking logo on permeable surface, such as cartons, plasterboards and other objects with absorbable surface. Main materials of industrial inkjet inks are water, dye and resin. It is suitable for Matthews large character inkjet printers.

Advantages
1. Characters printed by using Matthews water based inkjet ink have traits of deep hue, fine luster and high clarity.
2. Cohesion of the ink is good, which makes the ink dot difficult to scatter.
3. Matthews industrial inkjet inks will not block nozzle because of its film-forming property. When the printer stops, it will form a protection film outside nozzle in order to protect the nozzle from being blocked.
4. The maintenance rate and downtime is decreased, and its service life is extended.
5. Matthews water based inkjet ink JAM3000 can be utilized totally, which means there will be no harmful sediment left.

1. Generally, per litre industrial inkjet ink can be used to print 320 thousand to 380 thousand characters. The number may change according to the size of print head and pressure. So purchasing quantity depends on your printing requirement and printer specification.
2. Matthews water based inkjet ink belongs to inflammable and explosive materials, so it should be kept away from flame and static electricity. Matthews inkjet ink should be sealed to preserve in ventilated place and it can be stored for two years under 0℃ to 25℃.
